By accessing or using Eleutheri Keys ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept the terms outlined in this agreement. These Terms of Service represent a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Eleutheri Keys ("we," "our," "the Service"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
You may only use the Service for legitimate purposes in accordance with Roblox's Terms of Service. You are not authorized to misuse or exploit the Service in any way that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Service’s operation or any third-party services or platforms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, structure, or inner workings of any scripts, software, or content generated or provided by Eleutheri Keys. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service may result in penalties, including permanent suspension or banning from the Service, as well as legal action.
You agree not to attempt to interfere with, exploit, or disrupt any part of the Service, including by spamming or making excessive requests to our endpoints. Any attempt to overload, misuse, or tamper with the Service may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Service, without refund.
Eleutheri Keys is not an obfuscation service. While we provide whitelisting services for Roblox Lua scripts, we do not provide any form of script obfuscation or any other services commonly associated with obfuscators. Any claims that Eleutheri Keys provides obfuscation are false, and we disclaim any such allegations.
By purchasing services from Eleutheri Keys, you agree to pay all fees as outlined during the checkout process. All payments are processed through Coinremitter pte ltd.
Except as required by law or in the case of fraudulent transactions, all payments made to Eleutheri Keys are non-refundable. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund once the service has been rendered, even if you discontinue use of the Service or encounter any issues.
If you believe that a transaction made through the Service is fraudulent, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Fraudulent transactions may be subject to investigation, and appropriate actions will be taken, which may include a refund or account suspension depending on the findings.
Eleutheri Keys reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any payments made to Eleutheri Keys will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
Your use of the Service is subject to Eleutheri Keys’ Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleutheri Keys is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Eleutheri Keys harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the Service, any violation of these Terms, or any action taken by you that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
Eleutheri Keys reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use the Service after any changes are made, you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of UK.
